  I ordered a window glass for my truck. I was told that the order would be in on Thursday by 2pm. I came in Friday and they said Saturday first thing in the morning. Now I go back in today (Saturday) and they are saying Monday. We could have ordered somewhere else and had our window by this point. The tall, skinny, grey headed, very unattractive man by the name of John was INCREDIBLY RUDE and took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for their undelivered promises. John displays absolutely no customer service skills and, in my opinion, is the biggest downfall of that store. He didn’t even have the decency to apologize for our inconvenience. We deal with this store regularly as we are mechanics by trade, this is not the first time John has been disgustingly rude to us, as well as other customers. This mans (and I use that term loosely) behavior should not be tolerated in a professional setting.
