  We found our dining room table and chairs at Carolina Interiors. However, it has been over 3 months and we still don't have the complete dining room set. This is not completely Carolina Interiors fault, because some of the parts for the table were damaged during transit. This meant that the carrier (JJD Express) needed to get new parts and have them reshipped, but constant calling to the carrier (JJD Express) and to Carolina Interiors has not sped up the process of getting the new parts. Carolina Interiors says its not their problem anymore, even though they selected the carrier that would deliever the table and chairs. On another note, their customer service is very short and rude to customers. My recommendation - Do not order products from Carolina Interiors unless you are going to pick them up yourself.

  After paying for our furniture we received a phone call several days later stating that one of the pieces of furniture from the set wasn't available. Shockingly they haggled with us and demanded that we accept an alternative piece as opposed to a refund that we had asked for. After haggling for quite a while we were told that the refund would be posted back to our credit card. It's been over a week now and nothing has been posted back. I'm calling my credit card to file a fraud claim! Calling their phone number proves pointless as does calling the property owner for more information on who is in charge at Carolina Interiors. I would highly suggest that anyone that is considering doing business with Carolina Interiors or any other company that is renting property from Atlantic American Properties to think otherwise. Bottom line - This has SCAM written all over it and anyone that condones that kind of behavior on their property is in the same category in my opinion!
